Mariner Sands February 2019 Market ReportFor late February 2019, there are 57 properties for sale in Mariner Sands.  These 57 properties include a mix of condos and homes.  The list prices range from $124,500 up to $999,900.  This is an average list price of $429,756 which works out to $162.44 per sq. ft. of living area.
There are 6 homes under contract (pending) which have not completed the sales process to date.  List prices were from $245,000 up to $619,000.  This works out to an average of $386,817 or $158.54 per sq. ft. of living area.  These homes averaged 25 days on market prior to going under contract.
In the past 12 months, 50 homes and condos have sold.  Sales prices ranged from $110,000 up to $840,000.  This equals an average sales price of $383,800 which is $143.31 per sq. ft. of living area.  These homes averaged 105 days on the market before going under contract and sold on average at 92% of the last listed price.
