Knox County Ohio Housing Market Report on February 26, 2019

This week the Knox County Ohio housing market report is showing signs that the inventory and absorption rates are starting to change.  The Majority of the available homes that are priced below $250,000 remain extremely in strong demand with very limited availability.  The price ranges above $250,000 are beginning to approach a more balanced market with housing inventory beginning to get back to more typical levels.
