Three Brothers and Thirteen Transactions
I remember the day that I received the first phone call like it was yesterday. It was actually very early on in my Real Estate career back in 2000.  I must have made a good impression because one sale turned into two, then three, then four, then six, seven, eight, nine and then ten.  Over the course of the last 18 years, I closed on thirteen sales with these same brothers.
Over the course of the last 18 years, they bought and sold many properties.  They stuck with me as their Realtor through the years.  We worked through the good times and bad times.  Through the horrible market crash, the recession, market fluctuations, the good, bad and ugly they stuck with me.  
As I made changes in my own real estate career, switching brokerages, they followed me along wherever I went too.  
Over the years we have become friends.  We have shared many talks and a few beers along the way.
Meanwhile our kids have grown up.  They sold the last of their properties last year, and no longer want to be landlords or investors.
