What Should Be in Your Newsletter?
If you are the type of agent that sends a monthly or quarterly newsletter, what do you include in the newsletter itself? If you don't send a monthly newsletter, maybe we can help!
Here are a few items you need to create the best newsletter:1. A good subject lineWHY would they read your email in the first place? Although, "Orlando Market Trends Spring 2019" tells you exactly what the email is about, it also gives people a reason to skip past the email. Instead, try "Here is what is happening in Orlando this month!"
2. A personalized salutationTry not to be too impersonal with how you greet your readers. If your email system allows for personalization via use of first names, then use that! Seeing "Hi Sara!" in the preview will incrase the chances of an email open, but also feel more personal to the reader.
3. Pretty picturesPretty pictures is not always necessary to a great newsletter, it certainly helps though. It adds a polished professional look to your real estate newsletters. If you opt to not use photos, then be sure to have a clean layout to your text.
