My name is Tammi and I was referred to you by Lisa XXXXXX XXXXXX. She has mentioned that you are absolutely amazing and definitely the person to touch base with...I have always rented and never considered buying a home. In the last few months, everybody around me has been telling me to at least explore the idea and see if it is an option especially with rental rates always increasing. I am definitely very new and uneducated when it comes to any and all aspects of potentially buying a home.
