We were invited to visit Colonial Heritage, a Lennar 55+ active adult community in Williamsburg, Virginia and returned home on Tuesday after a four day, three night trip. We stayed in a model home, The Berkeley, which happened to be our favorite model in the community.
The Berkley model includes the sunroom option, the alternate master bath, the three car tandem garage and a finished walkout basement with the optional bedroon or den. They provided a dinner voucher so we could experience the excellent service and food at the community club house dining room. And, they provided a golf cart for our use during the visit. 
Our new home consultant was Wayne Sears, 757-880-3970, wayne.sears@Lennar.com. Wayne answered all of our questions and gave us a tour of the community. Colonial Heritage is a very interesting community to consider if you are seeking a retirement home location.
