So you've been working with an experienced agent to get your home on the market  and it's priced within what comparable properties have sold in your area. A few days on the market and along comes not only a low ball offer but a quite  unreasonable low ball offer with mutiple contingencies. I call this kind of offer a "double whammy" offer!
