Pacific Place, a favorite condo project in San Francisco
Located Pacific Heights, along the Van Ness Avenue corridor, where Nob Hill and Pacific Heights meet, with Russian Hill 2 blocks away, you'll find Pacific Place, a condominium project. I've written about Pacific Place several times before, including this post from 2012.
Pacific Place remains a highly-desired place to call home. Built in 2001, this well-maintained development remains lovely and pristine. One can appreciate that there is one parking spot per unit (unlike many new projects built in the last couple of year that have often have only 1/2 spot per unit) with no stacker mechanism to stall or break down. The secured, well-lit 3-level garage, with a deeded spot for every unit, is served by two high-speed elevators in each tower whisk you to your floor--no stairs, no weather with which to contend.The pool, hot tub and bathrooms/changing rooms, located in the beautifully landscaped courtyard between the 2 towers, are uncommon amenities that add to the joy of living here, as does the small on-site gym, 24-hour security and on-site maintenance and management.
Pacific Place is a pet-friendly building. Although the courtyard is off-limits to furry friends, Lafayette Park is a delight for them; other parks are available too, as are numerous shops ... more
