I thought it was important to share this post from the marketing queen, Barbara Todaro. I realize there are a lot of agents that do not believe in print advertising. I am a strong believer in balanced marketing and I think Barbara covers it very well. I have found that sellers want to know you are doing everything possible to sell their home. Print is part of that advertising. Sellers want to see your custom campaign for their property. See what Barbara has to say about this... Print marketing, in my area, is a very strong method of real estate exposure. When the team members are on listing appointments, the homeowner has the latest full page ad on the table, along with the postcard offering the Free Market Analysis. One is to verify the CMA is free, and the other is to confirm that their home will be displayed in that newspaper, until it’s sold. Both are affirmative answers.
