Catching a big fish on little bait, it just doesn't happen.
 
My clients asked..."Why did they lowball our home?"
 
I answered..."Submitting an offer is akin to fishing in some respects. Those who expect to gain excellent results by using little bait may forgo the goal. Those who are serious and know exactly how much to use will net the best results.
