Listing property has been MY game for decades. Four decades to be exact. Homeowners of the past are not who we are dealing with today. Currently, homeowners have a variety of different issues, and herein lies the key to successfully listing property.
Potential clients have a distinct hunger for an agent who understands their issues and knows how to give the proper guidance needed to get from point A to point B without stress. Listing agents MUST know the common issues and how to work around them.
Marketing is what makes the phone ring. It is also a major contributor when it comes to branding. I work diligently branding the name Todaro and what we do for a livelihood. Knowing how to provide quality service to our clients is the reputation we have. Our reputation is what people remember and share with their friends.
A good reputation is a result of understanding our clients’ issues; providing the proper guidance to resolve those issues; satisfying the desire for quality client service; and branding ourselves with all of it.
