Kudos to Ricki Eichler McCallum - ActiveRain
How could I not re-blog such an excellent blog from Patricia Feager.   She enjoyed my book and told me she thought there were many good points brought to her attention that anyone starting a business could use.  I appreciate her blog post helping me to get the word out about my book.  If you know of anyone that might be interested, please share it with them. 
Like I told her, when I first started in real estate, most brokers did not like to share information with their agents.   It took a long time to learn the business because of this.
Then, many years later, Active Rain came along.  I was astounded at the sharing and caring attitudes of the many agents and brokers on this site.  Helping others is what real estate should be about.  I hope my book helps many just starting out or that have been in the business for a long time like me.
