Just SOLD in the Ashbrook subdivision in Severn, MD: spectacular Colonial with outside pool & cabana and huge "man-cave". And since a picture says more than a thousand words ever could - especially this picture - I'll just share it below instead of writing about how gorgeous the house is or how perfect the location, or how great the teamwork was to get this transaction to the closing table, or listing all the special things that made my buyers fall in love with it :)

 
 
As you can probably tell, my buyers are super happy to have finally received the keys to their dream home! The space - more than 4,000 square feet of it - was one of the things they were really looking forward to (and the first time dipping their toes into the pool).. at long last, a dedicated office, and, yes, a man cave, and plenty of room to spread out, welcome guests and entertain.
