Selling Houses Not Pianos
Realtors® sell homes. But occassionally we deal with other things to help buyers and sellers. Lately those items are pianos. Three of them...three solutions.
 
One is free just come and pick it up.
 
 
The second one the buyer was delighted it was included in the sale of the house. The seller was relieved not to have to move it.

Beautiful, well maintained, gently used, climate-controlled, Mahogany Polished, Boston GP-178 Grand Piano and piano bench, purchased new 20 years ago for $19,000.  Selling due to need to downsize in move to smaller quarters.  A piano technician, well known at Peabody, has tuned the piano twice a year since its purchase. The current price for a new one is over $34,000.  Although we have seen the same model in Black Satin finish, advertised on the internet for $17,999, we have our piano priced at $12,500, but will consider best offer. Purchase and pick-up would have to be completed by May 8, 2019.''
