Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas
The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 26, up from 23 last month. Inventory is still low! Currently for sale, there are:
9 single family homes (ranging in price from $262,800 - $1,445,000) No half-duplexes 11 condos ($135,000 – $425,000) 6 townhomes ($389,000 - $509,000) Fourteen of the 26 available homes have been on the market for longer than 30 days. Homes are taking a little longer to sell as the market continues to correct.
The average number of days on the market for the “active” status, pre-owned homes is 52 days as compared to 57 last month). The median number of days on the market is 32 days, compared to last month’s 38 days.
