Greater Boston Association of Realtors Announces Median Sales Up 3.4%
The median sales price of single-family homes continued to increase last month to a new record-high for the month of March at $595,000. This reflects a 3.4 percent increase in median sales price from March 2018 of $575,500. The condo market experienced a very modest 0.2 percent increase in median sales price, increasing to $550,00 last month, up from $549,000 in March 2018. See the full report here
