What is your business style? Mine consists of Integrity, Patience and Solid but Fair Advice to my clients!
As a  Beverly Hills Realtor I find, that I am often faced with challenges and I have always taken the issues on with integrity, patience and fairness or better stated with kindness that benefits the clients.
There are other professionals in different business that do the same, while others do  not. What category do you fall into?
Just to let you know, this post was inspired by events that took place today. A few days ago, I noticed that the “oil change” notice came on my Lexus RX 350. Now with that said I said, “note to self I need to call my trusted mechanic” Next day, I started hearing some unusual noise from the engine when accelerating. Clearly, this sound did not sound or feel good and I said to Diane “ this noise sounded expensive”.
When I saw my mechanic, I said to John, the priority is  to find out what the noise is, followed by the oil change and last the windshield wiper replacement. Just to be clear, he was expecting a simple oil change.
