Look Closely, There's More Going On Than You Think

 
You see them at a glance.  A splash of bright colors announcing Spring has arrived.
But look a little closer and you'll quickly realize there is MUCH more going on than you might have realized.  Little patterns, extensions, swirls, a variety of subtle hues.
Take a moment and enjoy.
What does this have to do with real estate?  Nothing and everything at the same time.
You can enjoy a flower for what it is and leave it at that.
Or you can see the parallels.
Part of my job as your real estate agent is to make things look easy.
At a glance, you just see the surface.  Things going smoothly, helping you with your buying or selling needs.
But there are details, some apparent when you look closely and some not so apparent.
There's an accumulation of knowledge and experience that allows a veteran agent to know when to do something, and when not to.  To foresee the risks and avoid them.  The process stays smooth, and at a glance you might think there's not much going on.
But there is when you know the details.
