We have a number of Soon-to-be Sellers who are in various stages of getting their homes ready for sale...Paint, flooring, landscaping, exterior work including decks and porches...teams of contractors are everywhere. As these Sellers go to visit their next "happily ever afters" they have asked us to refer them to agents as we continue to monitor contractor schedules, suggest materials, colors etc. and sometimes a sprinkling of house sitting...see the grass has been cut, the plants watered etc.
We believe whether it is a contractor or an agent we have contacted and we do not get a reasonably prompt response...we question how that person or company will respond should they get the listing, buyer or job.
Agents....we have a variety of methods for searching our agents..past relationships, Active Rain of course...groups and associations we belong to...no one size/method fits every buyer or seller. Sometimes the locations can be more remote and more research is required. Our Sellers and Buyers can be assured we know the agents we refer....have interviewed them annd are comfortable with the suggesting them as valued service providers for their important real estate decisions.
