Custom New Build Under Contract in Larkspur CO
 
It started with a phone call from a past client stating "he has a wild hair".... and that thought grew daily.    This client SAID he did not want to be homeless while the home was being built, but could not "afford" two homes.    He originally put a contract on a one acre lot, thinking he would start this adventure in a few years.
 
He said he wanted views, wildlife and peace and quiet.  I knew exactly - and took him to Larkspur, where it is lush and beautiful!  He loved it.
 
There is a builder that has many homes in process in the Perry Park area, and met with him, and the Buyer really liked the floor plan of the Windsor model.   Upon looking at the lots available that were one acres or more, this buyer made a solid decision and contracted to build this home.
 
 
This model was very similar in square footage to his current home, and perfect with the walk-out basement for his woodworking shop!    This home won't be ready until early 2020, but he is sure having fun watching the progress so far!
