Sorry, Too Late in Riverwalk
In North Carolina, we call clients who moved from the north, to Florida and then they move to NC, 'half-backs!' The half-backs decide they want a climate that is half-way between the freezing cold winters of the north and the year-round heat of Florida and they wind up in NC...and more often than not, they stay!
 
In 2007, I met this lovely couple who were referred to me by the husband's brother who had moved here in 2005, before them - also a half-back. We thoroughly enjoyed working together then and later, on multiple occasions as they purchased investment properties. Now, in 2019, it's time for them to sell their personal home and find their forever home - and yes, right here in Charlotte!
 
 
We sold their home in Riverwalk and Closed on Thursday. In a few short weeks, they will be Closing on & moving into their brand new home. They couldn't be more excited and I couldn't be happier for them - they are always such a delight to work with.
