Real Estate Trends May 2019
On June 6, 2019, Realtor.com reported that nationwide median list price was $315,000 in May of 2019 up from $310,000 in April of 2019, and rose 6.0% from May of 2018
Houses stayed 53 days in the market in May of 2019 lower from 58 in April of 2019, but increased from 52 days in May of 2018, while there were close 1,456,500 homes listed in the market in May of 2019, gained from 1,415,510 in April of 2019, and higher 2.9% from May of 2018 according to Realtor.
