4th of July Celebration in Downtown St. George Utah!
 
From a 4K race, a patriotic parade, carnival rides, games to live music, there is something for everyone to enjoy over the long Independence Day weekend. The City of St. George has planned a series of events that aim to please!
 
Wednesday at Historic Town Square: a carnival with exciting rides, fun games, on-site food vendors, donut and hot dog eating contests, baby and rubber duck races, karaoke and a talent show.  
On Thursday at 6:30am Historic Town Square: the Uncle Sam 4K foot race. It will start at the Townsquare and end there as well. All participants receive an Uncle Sam hat, beard, T-Shirt and a finisher medal. 
Independence Day Parade: Starts at 7:45am from Tabernacle Street, from 800 East to 200 West. The parade is a past time favorite with all the patriotic red, white and blue flavor. Show up in 4th of July style! 
Michael Ray, country singer will perform: Dixie State University’s Trailblazer Stadium at 7:30 p.m. Gates open at 5:30pm. Tickets are $10. Following the concert there will be a large-scale fireworks show.
