Since I joined AR in 2008 I have yet to ask a question on just about any type RE Q, or not, and not get an overwhelming choice of excellent answers. During this very busy INDEPENDENCE DAY WEEKEND I posted the question above on July 3rd on behalf of my daughter whose husband is relocating to Myrtle Beach due to an employment relo. Within minutes I received several very good answers from myriad AR members. By the end of the day I already had a phone call from 
 John DL Arendsen  Are there any RE professionals from Myrtle Beach, SC   that would like to work with my daughter and her family?  
That same day I received the following very beneficial answers along with so many others:
Jeff Dowler, CRS who specializes in relocation by bringing folks in from all over the Country to San Diego refered me to Jeremy Blanton  and his Dad own the Myrtle Beach market - they know the area well!
