Poly High is an urban city district located in the northwestern part of the city of Long Beach, California. The community is bordered by several neighborhoods including South Wrigley, Washington, Lincoln, Sunrise, and Whittier. The district is comprised of various parts of these neighborhoods that surround the campus of Long Beach Polytechnic High School. 
Residential Real Estate in the Poly High neighborhood is mostly single-family homes along with a few multi-family townhouses and attached residences. These properties come in a variety of designs and architecture, ranging from studio to three-bedroom layouts. Each house typically comes standard with a kitchen, dining area, living room space, and a small yard.
