I saw a thread earlier this week that was re-hashing the tired old story about the demise of Facebook. Evidently someone forgot to tell the 2.38 billion monthly users (per Zephoria). This represents an 8% increase year over year. Of course you can also look to the 1.56 billion folks who log in daily to quickly discern this social media giant is not going anywhere anytime soon. What does knowing this information do for you?
Nothing if you are not actively marketing there. Pass this information to the agent in your community who is getting all the FB biz. They will know what to do (a bit of sarcasm). Why not take a chance and go after some of those leads and potential clients yourself? If you are already marketing on FB it should give you goosebumps knowing there are plenty of potential prospects using the site. Keep fine tuning your approach until you start seeing results, then take the next step... The next step? Advertise on the platform. It is is simple and cheap and one of the very best ways to quickly get your message, new listing, or call to action to a targeted audience.  ... more
