Sorry We can not show homes today - It is Amazon Prime day
With all the hype on TV, you would think today is a holiday. However the good news and not one of my Manchester NH area home Sellers called to say we could not see their homes becuase it is prime day.
 
What is PRIME DAY? Simply put when Amazon mixes in a few "Can not miss sales" with a small discount on every other product they offer. Now do not get me wrong, the best tip I got last year was from one of my sellers to search for things I already buy. Everything is on sale and 50% off, is not out of the question.
 
SO today there will not be any cut back in Real Estate services. Houses will be listed. Houses will be shown to buyers. Offers will be written and in between, I will be buying the Amazon ALEXA Dot for half price.  
 
Any of my local competitors, feel free to take the day off, I will cover the market for you.
