 16 homes sold in the first 6 months of 2019 compared to 12 in 2018.  Although more homes sold in 2019, the Sutton Woods market was stronger in 2018.  The highest sale price was $650,000 in 2018 compared to $580,000 in 2019.  The list price to sale price ratio went from 99% in 2018 to 97.9% in 2019. The average days on market went from 26 in 2018 up to 63 in 2019.
