Don't raid Area 51 - Raid my Open House instead!
Area 51 is, of course, the location in Nevada where all sorts of conspiracy theorists claim aliens were studied, but, finally, we're going to know the truth!
Have you seen the Storm Area 51 event? The Facebook page is called "They Can't Stop All of Us" and suggests participants storm Area 51 on September 20th to find out, once and for all, what's really going on there.  1.9 MILLION people have clicked to say that they are attending as of this writing! There's even official merchandise for sale.
There has actually been an official response from the US Air Force ("Don't do it" essentially) and from local businesses and law enforcement. The creator of the gag has publicly urged followers to not actually storm Area 51 but let's have an EDM music fest instead.
 
 
Future "storms" include a Bermuda Triangle event - "It can't swallow us all!" - and a Loch Ness event. 
 
May I suggest an alternative to this event?
