Delaire Landing Popular Summer Condo Location Fun Pool
 Gated communities are quite popular in Philadelphia Pa especially in the Summertime. Delaire Landing is a Gated waterfront  community located on the Delaware River. It has two beautiful pools overlooking the river. One of the pools is a lap pool the other is a heated pool. The residents love coming down in the summer to enjoy the view and the water. 
 
When you sit by the water down by the river it is always a little cooler not a lot but just a little. The colorful umbrella's are up. The music is on the conversations are going. Everyone seems to gather in groups and congregate to the same spot. Although there are no saved spots everyone sits at the same spot and will be a litte upset though they would not ever ask anyone to move if someone was sitting where they normally sit. That would be rude. Delaire Landing is a fun place and after all there is always another place to sit. 
 
 
 
The water is the same way everyone is in the water. Many are on their noodles talking. Few in the heated pool swim. If you listen carefully you can learn to cook. Find what are the best restaurants in the area. Want to know ... more
