Many Chicago residents like living in condos because they provide lower maintenance than living than a regular house. It’s so important to keep up with cleaning your condo because things could quickly get out of hand. Thankfully, due to their compact nature, cleaning your condo is easier than you think, especially with our easy tips.
Tip #1: Set the mood.
Fall in love with cleaning your condo by getting into your most comfortable lounge clothes and cranking up the volume to your favorite music. Light a candle or two, then you’re set to go. If you have to clean, it may as well be fun, right?
Tip #2: Don’t forget to change a/c filters.
One of the often-overlooked chores in terms of keeping up your condo is changing out the air conditioning and/or furnace filters. Some filters must be changed out and have newer ones put in, while others just need a rinse.
 
Doing this vital task will do two things: it’ll keep dust from being re-circulated back throughout your condo as you clean, and your energy bill will be lower.
