Sacramento County Listing and Sales Statistics for July 2019
Sacramento County experienced a -27.5% decrease in number of homes listed FOR SALE in July 2019 vs. the same month a year ago. 
For the same period there was a -0.1% decrease in homes SOLD.  Pending sales increased 16.1%
Interest rates continue to remain reasonably low. It's a GREAT time to buy for those who are finding suitable homes.
