There is currently one home for sale in Madison Commons, a fabulous 3 bedroom 2.1 bath Amherst model.
 
 4 homes sold in the first half of 2019 and 2018 at Madison Commons.
The highest sale price was higher in 2018 but the average sale price was higher in 2019.  The average list price to sale price ratio was over 100% in 2018 and 2019.
