Ask An Ambassador: Lunchbox Blogging
As a kid when I went to school I often carried lunch in one of the themed metal boxes of the day. My mom would pack a sandwich and a snack to go with the little thermos bottle that came with the box. And like most kids, if I got something I didn't like, there might be some trading going on in the cafeteria. It was part of my daily routine.
Now flash forward a "few" decades and that lunchbox is long gone. But there are other things that are part of my daily routine. Real estate has been a part of my life for just over 15 years. Starting in 2010 blogging regularly became part of our efforts to expand our business.
Be found by more buyers and sellers.
Be found by other agents looking to place a referral to our market.
And in typical engineering fashion, I took a workman-like attitude towards blogging. I didn't know exactly how to make blogging work for me at first. I'd blog about anything and often because...points. They weren't effective blog posts, but in another childhood flashback I'd liken it to learning with training wheels on a bike.
