City of Solon Planning Commission Had a meeting on Tuesday, 07/23/19 at 7:30 PM. Solon Civil Service Commission had a meeting on Wednesday, 07/24/19 at 5:30 PM.  City of Pepper Pike Finance Committee had a meeting on the same day at 7:00 PM. Pepper Pike City Council had a second meeting in the month of July on the same day at 7:30 PM. City of Beachwood Planning & Zoning Committee had a meeting on Thursday, 07/25/19 at 7:00 PM. Pepper Pike Architectural Review Board had a meeting on Friday, 07/26/19 at 7:30 PM. There was a medium level of activity on the Orange area and Solon Real estate market this week. 7 single family homes were listed for sale. 2 single family home listings were returned to market. 12 single family home listings and 2 condominium listing changed to contract. The price was reduced for 12 single family homes. 19 single family homes and 1 residential zoned parcel of land were sold. 1 single family home was rented.
