The summer selling season is the least active real estate selling season and just slightly more active than the beginning of winter through the first two weeks of January.
The Luxury market has continued to trend lower in pricing while the other 3 tiers have been stable.  The fall Big Park real estate selling season is a very active season and though inventory is up, downward pressure on pricing may not materialize.
