For Flex MLS subscribers, the only CRM currently available is the iMaxCRM, one of the best in the market. iMaxCRM is now integrated with Flex MLS powered by Spark API and available to Flex MLS subscribers. This powerful customer relationship management (CRM) fits into the Flex MLS and is been tested successfully with several different MLSs throughout the country.
This customer relationship management enhances Flex MLS by plugging in new ways to automate your contact list. Information flows seamlessly between the MLS, Spring, and iMaxCRM. You can schedule automated messages called campaigns to a list of your contacts within the system. These campaigns allow contacts to receive messages based on their point of origin or the system they came from. This will allow agents, brokers, and real estate teams to scale their operations, follow-up with communication, and maximize their customer content efficiency.
How does it work?
A customer will find a listing on Spring MLS portal or an IDX website and will request more information.
