I do a lot of business around the lake and one particular network of friends/clients is rather extensive - when one moves, they all tend to follow. I love hosting house-warming parties and this particular crew is so much fun! It seems we are celebrating someones birthday or someones new home a few times each year and honestly, some of the best times Ray and I have had together, have been with these crazy folks. 
 
 
This end-of-summer bash brought a special group together once again - coincidentally, all but, two of the couples actually sold their lake homes and purchased new ones this year. They are nestled on amazing lots all down the Catawba River/Lake Wylie and all bought homes with stunning lake views. One couple, in particular, purchased a home that needed a lot of updating done but, they bought early enough in the year to be able to complete the work with some lake season time left on the calendar!
