Should I sell my home quickly before the recession?
Answering difficult questions is a large part of being a Realtor. Here in the Manchester NH area there are some that are asking about recession. Now what the media is reporting and what we are seeing in our daily tasks of listing and selling homes is completely different. Lucky for me, the September Active Rain Challenge asks us about these subjects. Below I share with you my answers.
 
#1. How will you be educating your clients and or consumers with regard to new market chalenges? For me, I have already bgun a campaign to let buyers and sellers know the "real" conditions here in NH. What you hear in the media is not so correct. It is not what we see here  in NH. With our unemployment rate the lowest in the country at below 2.5%. With a real estate market the strongest we have seen. With low interest rates attracting many new buyers to the market. All show a very strong economy and no signs of recession. Sadly the media is throwing around the term for political purposes.
