If It's Not Broken Don't Fix It | Just Keep Working!!
 
The one rule I have about marketing is “if it’s not broken, don’t fix it.” That rule works like a charm. My methods of marketing are carved in stone and have worked well for me for years.
 
What I do with my offline marketing is make it “fresh” with every piece of marketing submitted. Every month there’s a theme and new eye catching graphic. It’s mailed on a jumbo postcard, and it’s viewed on a full page newspaper ad.
 
This offline marketing is reflected online on a variety of sites. I complement my offline marketing with online marketing. We are as visible as we could possibly be, and that’s been in place for decades, in one form or another.
 
The name is branded in my marketplace. It’s a town of 38,000 people with 7,700+ single family homes in a 28 square mile area. I focus on that area.
 
It’s rare that we leave the town, unless it’s a personal referral or a government owned asset. We list government owned assets throughout Massachusetts. We travel for those, and I market them with the same methods that I use for our local properties.
