This weeks report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were down 1.0 percent, new homes are down 13.1 percent and resale condos are down 4.1 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 0.0 percent, down 0.1 percent on condos and down 34.0 percent for new homes.
 
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are down 3.2 percent and the sales volume is up 10.8 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 4.2 percent and the sales volume is up 0.0 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are down 8.3 and the sales volume is up 7.3 percent
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices down 8.6 percent and the sales volume is up 17.2 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are down 0.8 percent and the sales volume up 17.7 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 10.9 percent and the sales volume is down 16.0 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 12.0 percent and the sales volume is down 23.8 percent.
