Call it a day - This week is in the Books
On the 7th day he rested. Well, I need to adjust that to... I am resting now that it is 7pm and Sunday is over. I usually would not be posting on a Sunday night, but I met two of the most opposite home sellers late today, and just could not wait to share the stories.
 
I got a unique call  this afternoon where the seller was ready to sell. NOW. and yes that is a big NOW. He demanded that I come over right away if I wanted to list his home. He was already tired of agents not answering their phone. But wait, I answered my phone. He paused and then said yes I did, now am I coming? I told him it would take a half hour to get there. I needed his address and some time to research some comps. I pulled the tax card and old MLS listings as well. I do not like going to any appointment unless i am loaded with information. 
 
While I was printing it off, the phone rang again. In a soft voice, the lady asked if I could help her list her home. But not today, it was Sunday and she did not expect ... more
