Which One Of These Is Not Like The Others?
An orange
A bowling ball
A cantelope
A coconut
Many moons ago, when I was a kid back in my Captain Kangaroo, Sesame Street and Electric Company watching days, the shows tried to teach you things.
They put pictures like the four items I listed on a board, played a little music and asked "Which one of these things is not like the others?"
They're all round, so they're all the same!
Oh wait, one of them you CAN'T eat!
Well, the years may pass but I'm still faced with versions of this test on a regular basis.
4 bedroom house
2 car garage
In Mason School District
 $150,000 selling price
We were doing SO well until we got to that last number!  That price just isn't happening with the other 3.
So if that price is critical, we need to adjust one of the other criteria to make things happen.
Can 3 bedrooms work?
Maybe parking out in the snow isn't a no can do after all?
Or maybe we need to leave Mason and head a bit further out where prices aren't as high?
Basically any time we have a want list of home characteristics, location and price, part of the evaluation is determining if those criteria are possible to meet.
Will it be easy?
Will it be difficult?
