Armour Hills (Brookside, Kansas City MO) Home Sales Report Aug 2019
Whew, the Armour Hills subdivision in Brookside continues to rise in value compared to the Brookside zip of 64113 as a whole.  I think this is primarily due to location, the park amenity, the range of home pricing, a strong homes association and the charm of the neighborhood.  Sales are steady, prices are up. Here's the stats:
