Home prices are up, condo prices are down...
Did you know that now for second year in the row the median price for single family home in Maui county reached over $800,000? This means the prices are 19.6 up compared with same month in 2018! This is our record! For condos the value slightly dipped to $496.950 a 0.6 % decrease from same month last year. Condos spiked in June to the highest mark in a decade to $522,000. The historic high for condos was $805,000 set in January 2009!  We are coming closer to busy season and will see more homes come up over the next few months.
