A Brief Glimpse of Winter
 
The last few days have been so nice hovering near 80 degrees, full sun, low humidity and just fabulous.    It was still 79 last night while BBQ'ing, but around 6 pm the wind blew in with gusto, and the temperatures dropped 10 degrees every hour.
 
This morning watching the news, it is 9 degrees and snowing.   BUT, no worries, by Saturday it is expected to be back into the 60's, and after that back into the 70's.    That is why so many love living here in Denver.  When winter blows in, it usually pops back into nice weather quickly.
 
One of the many reasons I love real estate is no one wants to go and see homes today, as there are crashes everywhere with icy roads.
