Del Dayo Home Sold
     This Del Dayo home was sold in just a couple of days, but it was not easy.  The homeowners had spent decades in the house and both passed away.  They had done some estate planing, including putting the house in a trust, but there was over thirty years of life accumulated in their home.  They had an impressive art collection as well.  It takes time and a lot of effort to work through these situations and it is very difficult for the heirs.  We started over a year ago making plans to get the house ready and on the market.  My clients decided to sell the art work, remove everything from the house and clean it up well.  We discussed doing more, but the house had not been updated in quite a while so my clients decided to sell it "as is."
