My preferred lender has become a good friend, with multiple transactions, and also hired me to sell their Carlsbad house several years ago.
 
I was at the house reviewing some paperwork and enjoying their pets one evening - a very cute dog named Teddy and a great cat named Brutus (who, sadly, is no longer around).
 
Teddy apparently really liked to lick Brutus regularly, and he always allowed this without a fuss. It was pretty funny to see. I guess it was Teddy's version of a kiss for a good feline friend!
