MiMo King Cole Condo in Miami Beach Becoming More Modern
The King Cole Condo is one of those architecturally unique buildings that you cannot help noticing. It was designed by a protégé of Morris Lapidus, who designed the Fontainebleau and Eden Roc, and is considered one of the originators of MiMo or Miami Modern Architecture, which began in the 1950's and 1960's.
