ADUs - their time has come in California

Since 2017, in California, Accessory Dwelling Units - ADU - are coming into acceptance. The ADU program continues with a Housing Fair in October 2019.  Sometimes the only thing to say is ABOUT TIME!!!! Thanks for keeping us up-to-date, Lottie.
